Your Guide
Alanna Bergquist
I'm Alanna Bergquist, a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and Intuitive Energy Healer based in my practice Shifting Perceptions. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we shift how we see ourselves and the world around us.
Through Reiki and Intuitive Energy Healing, I guide clients toward releasing what no longer serves them — whether that's physical tension, emotional blockages, or limiting patterns held deep in the energetic body. Each session is uniquely responsive to where you are right now.
Whether you come seeking relief, clarity, or simply a moment of profound stillness, I hold space for your highest unfolding. You are welcome here exactly as you are.
